Muslim Achievers of India!

Dear All!

This new Journal is created to
gather authentic information on all the achievers in life among Muslims of
Undivided India from historic times till the present.

The achievers may be grouped in the following categories:-

I. History of India (this would include rulers, historians, ancient scholars, scientists,
etc of the ancient times)

II. Freedom Movement (this would include Muslim Freedom fighters)

III. Polity & Public Life (judges, eminent politicians,
bureaucrats, civil servants, diplomats, political analysts, etc)

IV. Literature (in any language)

V. Science & Technology/Engineering/Management

VI. Medicine

VII. Education/Social Science (this would include educationists,
Vice-chancellors, Professors, Readers, Scholars, social scientists, etc)

VIII. Religion (this would include prominent religious scholars, sufi saints,
etc)

IX. Economics & Finance (this would include eminent economists, financial
experts, bankers, etc)

X. Arts, Culture, Music & Theatre

XI. Cinema/Television (Indian Muslims associated with Bollywood, Tollywood, Hollywood,
television programmes, etc)

XII. Sports & Games (all those who have
made a mark at national/international level for India)

XIII. Audio-Visual Media (eminent journalists, political commentators,
personalities associated with TV, Radio, etc)

XIV. Armed Forces/Para-Military, Police, etc

XV. Others (other unclassified categories)

Readers may post upto 2 pages of information on the Muslim achievers, giving as much authentic information as possible. Any related web-links or photographs are also welcome.

The inputs from the readers would be displayed on special websites that would be created for this purpose shortly i.e.

and

The final objective of this exercise is to create an authentic encyclopedia of Indian Muslim achievers from historical times to the present, which could serve as a one point reference.
